Curriculum

She practises primarily in the field of civil law, with particular expertise in commercial contracts, banking law, procurement and construction contracts, real estate transactions, leases, condominium law, inheritance matters, and contractual and non-contractual liability.

She also advises clients on debt restructuring and business crisis matters, providing assistance both in out-of-court negotiations and in formal insolvency proceedings.

She is an accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator with the OCF and a Certified Debt Crisis Administrator with the OCF’s Crisis Settlement Body (OCC).

She is also an appointed Business Crisis Negotiation Expert registered with the Florence Chamber of Commerce.

She previously served as an Auxiliary Judge at the Bologna Court of Appeal.

Earlier in her career, she was a member of the examination board for qualification as a Labour Consultant and taught legal subjects.
