Curriculum

Born in Fiesole in 1981, he graduated in Law from the University of Florence in 2005 and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2008.

He has been a member of the Florence Bar Association since December 2008.

He practises primarily in the field of civil law, with particular expertise in contract law, property law, leases, inheritance law, civil liability, and family law, with a specific focus on legal separation and divorce proceedings.

He also provides legal advice to companies and entrepreneurs on matters relating to business operations, including corporate, tax, and employment law issues, as well as debt recovery and dispute resolution.

In recent years, he has developed particular expertise in immigration law, assisting foreign nationals with residence permits, Italian citizenship applications, family reunification procedures, and related administrative and civil law matters.
